About the Publisher and Author Beverly Van Horn

Beverly.jpg (35726 bytes)Beverly Van Horn co-founded the Mineral County Miner and South Fork Tines newspaper (yes, "Tines"), August 21, 1975 in Creede, Colorado. She has three children and eight grandchildren. She lives with her husband, Bob, in Tucson, Arizona where she operates her third business, Beverly's Limited.

Beverly is a volunteer for TIHAN (Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network), a member of Publishers Marketing Association, Society of Southwest Authors, Small Publishers Association of North America & Women Writing the West. She produces women's memoirs of the 1800's on audio tapes in a series called Living Voices of the Past.
